Please stop blindly taking “health supplements” recommended by people who are not subject matter experts in nutrition! The supplement industry is a $61 Billion hydra monster in the US. Thirty-seven billion of that is the dietary supplement scams alone! There is no legal drug or supplement on the market today that causes fat loss…then you say “what about phentermine & clenbuterol?” Those are not fat loss drugs…There is a wide assortment of anti-infective drugs, antineoplastics, bronchodilators, cardiovascular drugs all of which have side effects of being an appetite suppressant. Fat loss still comes down to one thing, caloric deficit.

So let me ask you this, if modern medicine can’t even cultivate a fat loss drug why do you continually fall for every “diet supplement” to come along with God knows what ingredients in it? Just because they did a double-blind study on water crickets in an abandoned shed somewhere in Cambodia does not make it useful for humans.

For many of you, this will be eye-opening but read through the following and then ask yourself if you would take this supplement. (links to medical studies, lab test & research at the bottom of the article)

-Would you take a supplement if it reported cases of patients with acute liver injury induced by weight-loss supplements? Liver biopsies for all patients demonstrated findings consistent with drug-induced acute liver injury.

The United States Federal Trade Commission described (insert company)® in 2016 as a scam disguised as healthy living. Product tested has unsettling data that showcase heavy metal contamination, toxic compounds, psychotropic substances, and pathogenic bacterial contamination. Product has also caused fatal acute liver failure!

-Toxic hepatitis by consumption of this product is an affection poorly documented and with a great impact on the population due to their massive consumption.

-We searched the Medline database for suspected cases of said product hepatotoxicity and retrieved 53 cases including eight cases with a positive unintentional re-exposure and a high causality level for “insert product.”

Now would you buy & ingest said supplement after reading this and the research? Pay attention when someone is singing the praises of certain products or making your shake with them because this supplement company is none other than Herbalife! The supplement industry nor the people selling you these products gives a crap about your health, especially if their making commission off it as well.

Stop blindly believing everything you hear, educate yourself first or ask an actual expert.
